A Touching Story of the Solstice

Just wanted to send along a short note of thanks for a beautiful and meaningful Solstice celebration. Everything about it touched me in a very special way.

Upon leaving I picked up one of the beautiful white roses and as I drove home in the rain that night, I wondered who I might give this very special rose that was infused with all the loving energy produced that evening.

The next morning I went  across the street (my house is in the reflection) to give it to my neighbor who has been facing many health challenges. She was so happy to receive my gift and told me she thought that the world had forgotten her this Christmas and this rose was like a ray of sunshine for her. She said she was so proud of it that she was going to put it in her front window.

I took this photo today, 8 days after I got it. It's more beautiful now then it was last week. They say that sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. I rest my case.

Many blessings,

Bob
